Press Office of the Consulate General of PRC in New York is responsible for providing services for the U.S. news agencies in the northeastern states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Our office also handles the affairs related to foreign reporters applying for short-term news coverage in or resident accreditation to China. Resident correspondents may be based in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in China.
