On April 18th, Deputy Consul General Zhang Meifang visited Fortune Magazine and met with its Managing Editor Mr. Andy Serwer.

Mme. Zhang congratulated the magazine for the successful holding of the 2013 Fortune Global Forum in Chengdu, and expressed that the Chinese side was willing to continue working with the magazine in the future. She hoped the Fortune magazine would continue its objective observation of China and contribute to the new model of major-country relations between China and US.

Mr. Serwer said while the past 35 years of US-China relation had been fruitful for both sides, the future of the bilateral ties would continue to be changing and interesting. The Fortune Magazine would continue its efforts to facilitate US-China dialogue and communication in order to further deepen mutual understanding and cooperation between the two countries.
