On October 19, Chinese Consul General in New York Huang Ping visited Williams W. Bodine High School for International Affairs in Philadelphia, and held talks with principal Richard Mitchell. Deputy Consul General Qian Jin attended the events.

Huang Ping delivered a speech to Bodine students during his visit. He emphasized that the future of China-U.S. relationship lies in the youths, and encouraged more youths to be envoys of friendship between China and US.
