On October 17, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China Huang Ping attended Blue Cloud Gala 2023 hosted by China Institute and delivered remarks. 

This year’s Blue Cloud Award was presented to Yue-Sai Kan, Michelle Liem and the Chao Family. Former US Secretary of State Dr. Henry Kissinger delivered remarks via video. Mayor of New York City Eric Adams attended the event and delivered remarks. Founder and Honorary Chairman of Foremost Group Dr. James Chao, Former US Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud, Luxembourg’s Ambassador to the US Nicole Bintner-Bakshian, Chair and CEO of Foremost Group Angela Chao, and CEO of China Institute George Geh, as well as nearly 300 guests attended the event.
