Please be noticed that NO visa application can be done through mail or any express delivery service such as UPS, FedEx and etc. Visa application should be submitted and picked up by the applicant or someone else entrusted.

        If you have happened to mail your visa application to our office, your passport and applications will be mailed back without visa.
