On December 13th, Consul General Huang Ping attended the Opening Ceremony of “2023 Audio-Visual China·Hubei Media Week in America & Canada” and delivered welcoming remarks. Zhang Shihua, Director General of Radio and Television Administration of Hubei Province, and guests from China, the US and Canada delivered speech.

During the ceremony, guests enjoyed Hubei-related cultural performances, witnessed the signing and launching ceremony and had friendly exchanges. “Hubei Media Week” is scheduled to last from December 12th to 17th, 2023, as a way to strengthen ties and bolster cooperation between China and the US as well as Canada. Nearly 300 people from across sectors in China, the US and Canada attended the event.
