Ambassador Xie Feng pointed out in his congratulatory letter that overseas Chinese language education is an important platform for promoting mutual understanding of civilizations and people-to-people communication between China and the rest of the world. Chinese language education in the U.S. has nurtured many community leaders and social elites who have integrated Chinese and American cultures. It is hoped that CSAUS will continue to promote the sound development of Chinese language education in the United States and make greater contributions to the friendship between the Chinese and American public.

The important consensus reached between President Xi Jinping and President Biden in San Francisco on strengthening people-to-people exchange has brought new opportunities for Chinese language education in the U.S. It is hoped that the participants will as always promote Chinese culture, people-to-people exchange, mutual understanding and friendship, so as to contribute to the steady and sustained growth of China-U.S. relations.
